About the Role We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work as part of our St Vincent's at Home and St Vincent's Virtual Division. Reporting directly to the National Director of St Vincent's Virtual and Home, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Virtual and Home Leadership team, including administrative support for the National Director, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and other ad hoc administrative support for the wider team.
This position is available on a Permanent Part-Time basis three (3) days per week and is located at our Melbourne Group Office.
You will: Support the National Director with diary and email management and other administrative tasks Provide administrative support for ELT/Board and Divisional meetings including preparing agendas, committee papers, minute management, reporting and other ad-hoc administrative duties Work with the National Director and Leadership team to support in business proposals, developing presentation decks, content library management, tender administration tasks, competitor analysis and document management Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders, reconcile credit card statements and expense claims and assist with the orientation of new staff members Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a high degree of professionalism and quality customer service Your Contribution: Demonstrated success in a similar administration role preferably within the Australian health and community services sector 5+ years' experience providing administration support to executives and senior leaders Proven organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, great communication skills and demonstrated success working in a flexible, positive and collaborative environment Proven ability to support in the preparation of executive reports and papers, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check under 6 months (or willingness to obtain) What we offer: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its service Competitive salary packaging options Discounted private health insurance Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families Access to the Fitness Passport (FP) St Vincent's St Vincent's Health Australia is the largest diversified health care organisation within Australia's not for profit Catholic health care sector.
