The Wealth & Property Investment Advisor will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to clients in the areas of wealth management and property investment. This includes assessing clients' financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals, as well as recommending and implementing investment strategies that align with those goals. The advisor will also be responsible for monitoring and managing clients' investment portfolios, providing ongoing advice and support, and communicating with clients regularly to keep them informed of their investment progress. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for staying current on market trends, regulations, and other relevant information related to wealth management and property investment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for -

Assessing clients' financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals Recommending and implementing investment strategies that align with clients' goals Monitoring and managing clients' investment portfolios Providing ongoing advice and support to clients Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed of their investment progress Staying current on market trends, regulations, and other relevant information related to wealth management and property investment Building and maintaining relationships with clients Meeting performance and revenue targets set by the company Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base Compliance with industry regulations and internal policies Requirements Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of success in the financial services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant software and technology Compliance with industry regulations and internal policies Strong understanding of Wealth and Property Investment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through industry training and education #J-18808-Ljbffr
