Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia's largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.
About the role Based in Tatura and working in a hybrid environment, you will join the Strategy and Policy team located within the Strategy and Service Planning Division.
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating planning and performance reporting on GMWs strategic outcomes. You will develop and embed a mature and integrated approach to strategic performance analysis, monitoring, and reporting. You will build relationships across the organisation to foster a robust planning and performance culture. Key responsibilities include:
Implement and embed GMWs outcomes reporting framework into the organisation Lead corporate reporting to a wide range of audiences including the Executive Leadership Team and GMW Board Coordinate the development of GMWs Corporate Plan Influence the continual development, improvement and automation of GMWs performance data Work collaboratively across the organisation to support key stakeholders to achieve team, division and business goals What do you need?
