About your opportunity:
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to THHS Smart Referrals Workflow Solution (SRWS) users including Administration, Clinical and other key stakeholders.Deliver accurate and timely information, advice, and updates to THHS SWRS Users in relation to system enhancements, outages, and training opportunities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the areas of referral management, outpatient service standards and delivery, including healthcare best practices, and identify/report on and implement strategies to assist with maintaining quality outcomes for THHS Referral Management.Provide expert knowledge and advice of the system used, including business continuity processes, change management, business rules, and system and workflow testing.Generous remuneration package value up to $131,052 p.a.
comprising:
Salary range of $105,568 to $114,861 p.a.
(AO5)17.5% loading + leave12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.Other employment benefits may include: professional development, salary sacrificing options, shift and locality allowances, employee wellness and assistance programs, and access to corporate discounts.
Requirements:Whilst not mandatory, a qualification in business management, health business administration, health planning, or similar would be highly desirable.This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.Please refer to the Role Description for further details.
