The Role You will drive the software quality management and process improvements within the company and collaborate with cross-functional organizations to ensure delivery of world class quality products to our customers.
You will be responsible for overseeing the organization's Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
You must be analytical, agile, process-oriented, and a creative team player, always encouraging the organization to maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
You will enforce quality controls in order to maintain company procedures and standards.
Excellent communications with a strong desire to collaborate with others will be your strength.
Based in our Mexico City office you will collaborate closely with other members of geographically dispersed Products teams around the globe, coordinating closely with colleagues focused on delighting customers via delivering a robust product.
Your Impact Process Optimization: Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and improve development speed without compromising quality (Establishing and maintaining the SDLC phases/gates procedure, identifying Release Quality criteria, Risk Management, Change Control, Employee Training, Traceability). QMS and ISO Auditing: Ensure that development and operational processes comply with ISO9001 standards through regular audits, documentation, and continuous improvement. Auditing and Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/27001 standard.
Assess processes, perform risk management, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
This involves documentation, testing, and ensuring that the code adheres to strict security and quality guidelines.
Conduct internal audits to identify opportunities for improvement as required by the ISO standards.
Oversee internal audits/CAPA Plan/Quality Issues to completion.
Engage with customers who audit the processes to ensure compliance.
Engage with external auditors to certify against the ISO9001 standards.
Maintain ISO certifications at multiple AspenTech locations worldwide. Quality Management Systems: Maintain a QMS system, including Quality Policy, Procedures, Templates with focus on continuous process improvements by using QMS principles to track, measure, and improve software quality.
Transition to a commercial Quality Management tool to manage quality processes. Change Management Analyst and Trainer: Develop and implement training programs for QMS/ISO team members and other staff.
Ensure ongoing education and certification as required. Supplier Quality Management: Oversee the software supplier quality management program, including supplier audits, evaluation, and monitoring. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action processes for product or process non-conformances.
Implement and manage risk management tools to reduce quality risks and improve product robustness. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS). Administrator of the Application Lifecycle Management system and provide system and technical support to all organization. What You'll Need 10-15 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager. Experience with leading an ISO 9001/27001 certified organization, focused on Software Quality.
Certification as a ISO9001 Lead Auditor required. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of Software Development Lifecycle, Quality Assurance and standards. Knowledge of the FDA Quality System Requirements and 21 CFR Part 11 is needed. Outstanding communication skills and attention to details required. Great attention to detail and a result driven approach. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, and Salesforce a strong advantage.
