AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including the public sector.
AWS Partner Development Managers are responsible for developing and promoting APN (AWS Partner Network) partners in specific technology areas to AWS customers and sellers. To accelerate our rapidly-growing partner community, we are looking for a motivated, technically savvy person to manage the relationship with AWS partners that provide consulting services requiring cloud-based solutions that can leverage new and existing AWS Services. In this role, you will work across the AWS organization to develop these high-quality partners.
Key job responsibilitiesDevelop, lead and manage the AWS partnership.Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute on strategic business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to execute achievement against partner goals.Drive partner sales revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration and business reviews with the partner to manage progress against business plan and core KPIs.Evangelize a partner's value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.Drive solutions, APN Program attainment, continuous enablement through training and certifications and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint.Proactively identify, acquire, influence and negotiate with strategic partners in addition to managing existing partners.Act as the owner of Partner Operations, which includes both setting up the administration and governance within the partner, as well as managing revenue reporting, opportunity registration in the APN.About the teamDiverse Experiences

Minimum QualificationsExtensive IT partner management experience and partner network in FinlandExtensive experience and demonstrated track record of success in technology-related sales/channel/business developmentExtensive experience in working within matrix operating structures, to consistently exceed expectations against defined goals and objectivesStrong understanding of cloud and IT technologies, trends and partner business models, as well as proven track record of building and driving complex multi-year partnerships with a diverse sets of channel partnersExcellent verbal & written communication and demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience, including ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive goals to completionEnterprise solution sales experienceExperience working with large and complex consulting partners, Telco, Global System Integrators, or distributorsMaster's DegreeExperience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilitiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
