For more information, please visit solera.com.The RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Implementation Specialist, as part of the Professional Services team, responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products. This role reports directly to the Implementation Manager of Australia.What You'll DoSupport the pre and post-sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Solera product set.Act as a technical customer-facing expert, able to communicate clearly with both business and technical contacts, including customer workflow adaptation and API integration.Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.Document test scenarios of configuration to support QA.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in several Solera products, particularly regarding configuration and integration capabilities.Collaborate with both configuration and training teams to deliver customer requirements and with the broader Solera team to deliver new product developments.Occasionally train the customer on the newly delivered configuration.Ensure cross-functional alignment with product and sales teams to meet customer and revenue expectations.Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries and SME products.What You'll BringUniversity Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.12+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs, utilizing high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team.Meticulous attention to detail.Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence, and Office365.Experience in technical implementations/integration projects and configuration, particularly covering SOA, APIs, API management, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, XML, CSS.Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and traditional structured approaches like Waterfall.What We OfferOpportunity to work for a global leader in SaaS.Deliver leading-edge software for major Australian brands.Flexible work arrangements / hybrid work.An ultra-modern, supportive, and fun workplace in the heart of Cremorne/Richmond.*It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
