The Sr.
Client Trainer/Instructional Designer is responsible for building and implementing targeted enablement solutions that empower clients to unlock the value of our products.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and client success across our suite of industry-leading software.

Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver innovative enablement content in a variety of formats and modalities.Build and deploy digital learning interactions that guide clients through their onboarding journey and promote ongoing utilization of our software.Manage the creation, organization, and administration of just-in-time enablement content delivered via digital adoption and learning management systems.Facilitate high-quality, engaging, relevant product training workshops for external clients.Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create, implement, and evaluate successful enablement initiatives.Utilize a variety of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs.Regularly audit, update and enhance existing enablement materials to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.Build and maintain effective customer relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative educational content, and high-quality program facilitation and support.Job Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-modal enablement programs, preferably in a SaaS environment.Minimum of 5 years' experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle of enablement programs.Minimum of 5 years' experience using a variety of content authoring tools.Experience with Camtasia, Canva, Articulate 360, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite highly desired.Experience using Digital Adoption and Learning Management Systems (Pendo, WalkMe, Skilljar, Docebo, etc.
)Minimum of 5 years' experience training delivery, public speaking, or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment.Minimum of 5 years' experience demonstrating adult learning principles, practices, and techniques in a corporate environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent experience required.Previous experience in client/customer enablement preferred.Previous experience in the mortgage, enterprise data, real estate, or insurance industries preferred.CoreLogic's Diversity Commitment: CoreLogic is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive work environment that embraces everyone's unique contributions, experiences and values.
