PositionTraining and Learning Support OfficerLocationMelbourne / VIC region preferred, but location flexible across AustraliaEmployment ConditionsFull time, Fixed Term to June 2025DescriptionThe Role of the Training and Learning Design Support Officer is to assist in the administrative support to the Training, Workforce Capacity and Engagement Team, as well as the National Learning Design Team. This is inclusive of data administration, staffing logistics, an effective point of contact for both the project teams and the support of collating information, and documentation needed to ensure the joint project needs are met.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the collection of and cataloguing data related to the implementation of Nation-wide training packages from a variety of stakeholdersAssisting in the planning of travel requests from the Training, Workforce Capacity and Engagement Team, as well as the National Learning Design Team, inclusive of accommodation and transportation.Working alongside the Training, Workforce Capacity and Engagement Team, as well as the National Learning Design Team as a key contact point for stakeholder organisations in the implementation of Nation-wide training packages and resources.
