(HEO8) $110,291 - $123,734 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Projects, the Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects will play a key role in leading and driving projects as a part of University wide strategic initiatives and programs to support the University's organisational goals.
Receiving broad direction, the Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects will work closely with the leadership teams and key stakeholders across the University to develop and execute identified strategic projects. This is a critical position responsible for ensuring timely and budgeted delivery of project milestones, with a focus on achieving business outcomes for the University.
This role will work with a degree of autonomy and provide support in managing and driving key strategic initiatives, delivering critical business outcomes, and ensuring organisational success for strategic projects across the University.
To be successful you will need: A demonstrable track record in project management and prior experience in influencing and managing teams for complex transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of organisational structures, processes, and the operational complexities of universities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels.Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business issues into innovative and workable solutions that meet business needs.Outstanding consulting skills, with a talent for devising innovative solutions to complex issues.Enjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
