As a member of our Specialist SolutionConsulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supportingCustomer & Industry Workflow Solution Sales. You will help drive revenue for ourproducts, withthesupportand partnershipof Sales,Marketing, ProductManagement, and the executive team.
You are a hands-on technical sales specialist who can go wide and deep on solution discovery and positioning during a sales cycle. As a specialist in customer experience, you will provide subject matter expertise to support the go to market activities industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, government, and telecommunications.
What you get to do in this role: The Specialist Solution Consultantis a technical sales specialist withthe advanced ability todevelop, position anddemonstrateproduct-specificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
Support product sales as a technical and domain expertin a client-facing sales teamthat pursues customers and prospects across multiple industry marketsLead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and deliver compelling product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needsDevelop client and partner relationshipsGuide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement, and mapping of technical solutions to business valueProvide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and drive additional valueLearn, develop, and share best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the local and extended teamStay current on competitive analysis, market differentiation, and industry trendsSupport marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade showsTo be successful in this role you have: 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, with a focus on Customer Experience (CX)Experience working across public sector customers would be highly regardedProficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutionsExperience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners,and professional servicesTerritory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts to promote execution excellence ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
