Exciting 6-month contract with potential extension SQL Server (T-SQL) Database Developer
Your new companyWe are working with a Professional Services consultancy with a difference, looking to provide SQL Developers onsite to a leading commercial client.
As the SQL Server (T-SQL) Database Developer, you will be joining an ongoing project.
This role will work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to design and develop key data-centric components of the solution.
What you'll need to succeed Full working rights in Australia (mandate)Candidate should be in Adelaide, South Australia (mandate)Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualifications - Business / IT or equivalentMinimum 10 years of IT and business/industry work experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in SQL Server and T-SQL LanguageITIL Certification favourableKnowledge, Skills and Experience: Minimum 10 years' work experience operating in Information Technology.Strong Microsoft SQL Database Development and Support experience working for medium to large, complex projectsExperience with writing and maintaining complex procedural programs (in T-SQL)Experience with writing T-SQL Queries, Functions and Stored ProceduresSome experience with .Net framework and development of Web API Service/B2B Integration technologies such as SOAP/RESTSome experience with Microsoft Access Forms and VBA is desirable but not mandatory.Proven experience of delivering technology solutions/productsAbility to interpret unclear requests, determine desired outcomes and co-ordinate an approach to define and deliver against these.
The large volume of applications where the IT service extends to technical management only means there will be times where available information is limited.Demonstrated skills in organisation and time managementExposure to project management methodologies and their application.
