About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Spray Painter to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities: Colour mix and match vehicle after vehicle has been prepared and is scheduled for paintingBuild and maintain colour libraryPrep, prime and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's processBuff and denib vehicleHandle all vehicles with due care and attentionNotate any extra paint work required that is not quoted forReport any old damage or poor previous repairs to production managerClean work bay and workshop areasCoach apprentices when requiredAbout You: Trade qualified Spray PainterMinimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray PainterStrong commitment to work in a safe mannerExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamAbility to meet strict deadlinesBe reliable, punctual & hardworkingOwn tools to fulfil the roleWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer: Team environmentOngoing trainingCareer opportunityLatest tools, equipment and processGreat opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeopleJunior-Mid experienced tradesperson $60-$80kMid-Senior tradesperson $80k-$100kAnnual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonusIf you are hardworking, motivated and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
