The roleThe main responsibility of the Chef de Partie is to assist the Head Chef and the rest of the Kitchen team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to coordinate particular sections of production as designated by the Head Chef, while producing high quality food offerings for our customers.
Based at the Christchurch Adventure Park Cafe, this is a permanent position for a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight, which will include afternoon/evening shifts and weekend work.
