We are currently recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist to join WA Health Group. You will be managing a busy sports and musculoskeletal pain caseload at our Canning Vale and Apex Physiotherapy Bicton clinics.
WA Health Group is a family of like minded allied health professionals who provide high value evidence based health care to community members of Perth, Western Australia.
We are collaborative and value Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists working together to provide outcome based health services. We have 4 clinics in Perth. All our clinics are large clinics with private consulting rooms, fully equipped gyms and Pilates wellness centres so you can help athletes and clients achieve their goals.
We offer rehabilitation packages for group classes, 3D scanned orthotics, shock wave therapy, telehealth and VALD human measurement technologies to offer our clients support and advice as they journey towards being happier and healthier.
An opportunity exists for an experienced Sports / Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is passionate about serving clients. You will value our allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team to treat and prevent health problems.
The role requires:
You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients'The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational frameworkThe use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client careDevelop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local communityYou want to niche into an area of Sports PhysiotherapyYou may be currently completing/recently finished your Masters in Physiotherapy demonstrating your passion for managing sporting injuriesWA Health Group cares about you and our team's development and offers you group professional development opportunities per annum, clinical mentoring with titled sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapists, and social events throughout the year.
You will be offered a professional development allowance of $1000 per annum to facilitate your career growth. You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. Relocation and VISA assistance provided for the right candidate.
For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Physiotherapist and meet the following criteria:
Bachelor in PhysiotherapyAHPRA registeredIndemnity insuranceRemuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and a bonus structure.
