The roles We are seeking two organised and proactive administrators to support our vibrant co-curricular program for students from Early Years to Year 6.
These roles are ideal for team players with strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service, helping enhance enriching experiences for our young learners.
The details for each of these roles are below:
Sport Administrator – Early Years to Year 2, 15 hours/week, 40 weeks/yearSport Administrator – Years 3 to 6, 30 hours/week, 40 weeks/yearKey responsibilities include: Facilitate the delivery of sport programs and development opportunities for students in IEY to Year 2 and Years 3-6Provide experiences that promote and develop age-appropriate, fundamental movement skillsMaintain records to facilitate coach recruitment, induction and payment processesEnsure operations facilitate the smooth delivery of programsProvide administrative support for Junior School sport carnivals and major competitionsImplement communication processes and records to facilitate engagement of the broader College community (families, Old Scholars, etc.
)Liaise with external Sport Organisations in the delivery of programsThe successful candidate will be: High levels of administrative skills for facilitating delivery of sport programsDemonstrated commitment to contributing to community and culture through sportRelevant qualification (e.g.
Certificate in Sport and Recreation)Commitment to ongoing professional learning and collaborative growthFlexible and adaptable in approach to work practicesEfficient organisational skills and initiativePassion for sportPossess, or be willing to obtain, HLTAID012 First Aid qualificationPossess, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Child Check (WWCC) and a Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect-education & Care (RRHAN–EC) trainingExperience working in a similar school setting is desirable.
