We're the Health Insurance Fund of Australia, but our friends call us HIF and we're looking for a Sponsorship Specialist to join our tight-knit Marketing team, during an exciting and professionally rewarding time at HIF.
About the role: Reporting to the Brand and Sponsorship Manager, the Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for the development and delivery of HIF's annual sponsorship program in line with HIF's vision, values and strategic plans. Key responsibilities and accountabilities include development, delivery and measurement of sponsorship plans within budget, and timeframe. Management of annual sponsorship calendar, ticketing, activations and events, along with supplier and stakeholder management are key to success in this role.
In this role, you will: Develop and deliver annual sponsorship programs across all of HIF's key sponsorships and partnerships.Build and maintain strong external relationships with sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters.Leverage sponsorships to drive awareness and consideration for HIF among key audiences.Manage annual sponsorship calendar, ticketing, activations and events.Work with the Head of Media, Advocacy and Member Communications to deliver HIF's Sleep Eazzzy program.Ensure HIF's reputation and brand is never compromised by our sponsorship partnerships and materials.Ensure appropriate governance is applied to stakeholder and partner relationships.Identify learnings from each initiative that can help enhance performance of future activities and sponsorships.Report on upcoming sponsorship initiatives, monthly to the Brand and Sponsorship Manager.Undertake post-initiative analysis and provide future recommendations for leveraging.Annual sponsorship program review including results, learnings and recommendations to showcase importance of sponsorships in building brand awareness and consideration for HIF.Skills and experience you will need: At least five years' sponsorship/campaign management experience or similar.Tertiary qualification in marketing, or related discipline.Experience in sponsorship plan development as well as hands-on implementational work.Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and manage competing priorities.Strong work ethic, interpersonal, stakeholder and relationship management skills.Exceptional project management with accuracy, attention to detail, budget and time management control.Energetic and highly motivated with the drive to succeed. Confidence to represent the Marketing team as required, and to work both autonomously and collaboratively.Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative and MS Office Suites.Please read the full position description attached for more specifics about the role.
