Speech for Everyone – Integrated Allied Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates to apply!
About Us At Speech for Everyone, we are committed to providing high-quality, client-centred therapy that empowers individuals to achieve their communication goals. As an integrated allied health service, we collaborate across disciplines, including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Allied Health Assistants, to deliver exceptional care. Our team is supported by a full-time receptionist, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and allowing you to focus on what you do best – helping clients.
The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Assess and develop individualised therapy plans for clients of all ages.Deliver evidence-based interventions across a variety of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs.Collaborate with our team of Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and families to maximise client outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.Actively contribute to the development of new resources and programs.What We Offer Wage range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience and work hours).Professional development opportunities, including paid training.A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with regular supervision and mentorship.Flexible working hours to support work-life balance, including ability to work full-time or part-time.Access to well-equipped therapy rooms and resources.Opportunities to specialise or explore diverse caseloads.Full administrative support from our dedicated receptionist.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
