Job title: Speech Pathologist

Work Hours: FT/PT Positions Available

Salary: $70K to $110K per annum (depending on experience) + super

Location: Ballarat

Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is based in Ballarat and provides Speech Pathology services to patients which are funded through many different channels including the NDIS, Aged Care and also private clients. Due to the exciting growth, they are looking for skilled and highly motivated Speech Pathologists to join their growing company and provide services to Ballarat and the surrounding areas.

As a Speechy you will be responsible for:

Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Providing education to clients and caregivers and creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults) Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and creating and reviewing goals based on the outcomes of assessment Benefits: Low pressure environment due to a manageable and self-directed workload Ongoing support from a senior and experienced therapist Professional development supported and encouraged The best pay rates available Flexible hours Work from home Essential Criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent Current SPA registration Minimum 1+ year experience in the Disability Sector (desirable) Experience in the community (desirable) Current Police Check Driver's license and car
