Key Responsibilities: Providing expert legal advice on immigration matters, focusing on Partner and Protection Visas. Managing a diverse client portfolio while ensuring compliance with Australian immigration law. Preparing and submitting visa applications and related legal documentation. Representing clients in ART hearings and appeals, advocating for their rights and interests. Building and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional service. Mentoring and leading junior lawyers and staff (experienced candidates only). Collaborating with our Melbourne and Sydney teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. Qualifications & Experience: A valid practicing certificate (NSW or VIC). Schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: Level 17, 44 Market St Sydney.
