A bit more detail on the role… We are looking for an energetic, positive and confident Client Services Administrator to support the Rapid team in achieving their goals. Through your strong commitment to detail, meeting deadlines and operating with efficiency, you will support our existing customer service team responsible for the insurance renewal process.
You will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success, developing specialised skills to ensure high quality delivery of services to both our team and customers, in line with relevant regulatory requirements and business objectives. As your knowledge of financial services grows, you will have the opportunity to step into a consultant role with your own portfolio of insurance customers.
We are seeking an individual that is able to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday in our Newcastle CBD office (including secure on-site parking).
