Are you the go-to person who makes everything in an office run smoothly? Do you have a flair for creating an engaging and productive work environment? As the heartbeat of our office of 40 people, you will foster a welcoming environment that enhances morale and productivity.
You'll be the go-to person for all office-related matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office while maintaining a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
This role is 5 days in the office with the opportunity to discuss part-time / school hours if required.
Roles & Responsibilities Welcome visitors, providing a warm welcome and assistance.
Reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, managing deliveries etc.
Support team member onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g.
managing access cards, IT set-up, car parking, lockers, business cards).
Implement and refine office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and team member engagement.
Manage and maintain a safe and well-maintained work environment (e.g.
pest control, flu shots, fire warden, first aid, kitchen supplies and maintenance, coordinating general office maintenance and repairs as required, liaising with building management as needed).
Create a strong relationship with vendors and service providers to manage office supplies, equipment, and services.
Drive office communication, such as updating noticeboards, circulating information from building management and organising diaries for meetings.
Manage office events such as monthly town halls, workshops, and team-building activities as required.
Support the teams with travel arrangements and expenses as required.
Support the brand marketing and communications team with packaging and sending out stock samples, managing subscription databases.
Provide administrative support to the Executive team as required.
Have the confidence to keep everyone accountable for a clean, tidy environment.
Managing Aus Post and couriers on a daily basis.
IT coordination as and when required.

A proactive approach and can-do attitude.
A master of organisation and multitasking, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
A natural at building and nurturing relationships across our organisation.
Proven problem-solving skills, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
Ability to handle situations with efficiency.
Prior experience in office management.
