ABOUT THIS ROLE As the Specialist, Production Operations, you will build trust with our customers by creating Outbound (email and push) flows and experiences, from segmentation to creation of the campaigns, as well as monitoring and reporting.
This is an initial 12 month contract based in Sydney.
ABOUT THE TEAM The Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) is a centralized global team responsible for creating and delivering important customer communications.
This function plays a critical last-mile role in getting messages to customers and supports several internal marketing team across the entire member lifecycle.
As a Specialist, Production Operations - Outbound Marketing, you will... - Create email and push notification marketing campaigns in partnership with the Audible marketing team from gathering of requirements, building the campaigns, adding personalization, and building customer segments for targeting - Manage copy and creative updates by working closely with marketers and other marketing operations team members to ensure the final campaign meets the requirements and has a good customer experience - Monitor the performance of campaigns and customer journeys by creating and updating reports, analyzing performance, and making recommendations for improvement - Work with marketers to improve project process and projects themselves through recommendations based on what you've seen work well before.
- Advocate for personalisation across all customer touch-points using internal and external (i.e.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar - Experience with HTML - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Interested in Online Marketing and Customer Relationship Management - Affinity for books, audiobooks and media in general - Detail orientated with strong organizational skills - Ability to work on operational tasks within a technical environment, at ease with email marketing systems - Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently deliver tasks within specified timelines during agile sprints Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
