In Australia we manage large programs in key categories across financial institutions and merchants for Rewards, Offers and Benefits.The program reporting Specialist has a broad remit across all our programs under management in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role is responsible for all contracted and ad hoc reporting requirements and deliverables across these clients supported by and supporting our Program Managers.Responsibilities:Operates as the key point of contact for Clients and Program Managers on all reporting deliverables per the agreed delivery scheduleWill capture requirements and prepare ad hoc reports / data extracts for Clients and Program Managers as requiredResponsible for analysing, researching and summarising data into agreed templates / reportsField internal stakeholder questions to support new and existing reports and data outputs of reports produced.
