Applications are invited for the position of Advanced Trainee Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar within Bunbury Health Campus. The Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department is a regional hub for obstetrics and gynaecology, delivering around 1100 babies a year and providing a full scope of general gynaecology with 6 specialist O&Gs, core training registrars and RMOs. The department offers an exceptional experience for an advanced trainee interested in generalist O&G on the doorstep of the beautiful south west of WA with excellent schools, world class surfing and mountain biking.This position will require the provision of high quality and patient centered care, including elective and on call commitments to clinics, labour ward and gynaecology theatre and to all Obstetrics and Gynaecology in-patients under the supervision of the supervising Consultant within a multi-disciplinary team. This is a great opportunity to join the Gynaecological Oncology Unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, which is part of the leading Gynaecology Service in South Australia committed to providing a comprehensive range of high quality, accessible gynaecological services. Your responsibilities will involve clinical service, clinical audit, supervision and training of junior medical staff, and research. A highly rewarding role which will extend your clinical skills set and experience in conventional open and minimally invasive gynaecological cancer surgery including robotics.
