What your day will look like….
Your day will focus on delivering high-quality patient care across the Emergency Department and general medical wards, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage both short- and long-term care. As a leader, you'll help shape care practices, oversee clinical governance, and mentor junior doctors and medical students. You may also provide telehealth support and participate in rural outreach clinics, extending your impact beyond Toowoomba. Every day brings the opportunity to drive change, mentor the next generation, and grow both professionally and personally.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $294,811 (L18) up to $368,279 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 (L27) p.h., motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
