We're always looking for better ways to deliver for our customers - and for our people.About the role:As a Specialist - Marketing, Programmatic & Display, you will play a key role in our digital display program and contribution to our marketing mission. You will be responsible for the management, optimisation and evolution of the digital display media program and deliver on key marketing objectives and sales targets.You will develop and implement outstanding display campaigns, experiences and innovative initiatives in accordance with overall digital marketing strategies to maximise new growth opportunities.Key responsibilities:Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement high performing display marketing campaignsDesign, develop and implement display marketing campaigns in Google marketing platformCreate and deliver captivating creative and compelling copy that drives high engagement and maximises conversion ratesDevelopment and implementation of ongoing optimisation strategies to improve programmatic display marketing performanceConduct A/B testing to optimise audience engagement and improve campaign conversionCampaign data analytics, performance measurement and continuous campaign improvementWhat will you bring?2+ years display marketing experience with a demonstrated understanding of digital media and creative execution2+ years campaign development experience within Google marketing platform - DV360 and CM360 and Google Marketing Platform certified - Google Ads, Google 360 suiteYou will be excited by new ideas, curious and always looking to engage and delight customers with exceptional display media experiences.
