Vestas is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Blade Special Task Coordinator. The Blade STC will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy systems by technically planning and coordinating service appointments, optimizing blade technician schedules, and prioritizing blade inspections, repairs, and replacements as per customer and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities Technically plan blade tasks including inspections, repairs, and replacementsBalance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivityService crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demandTools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilizationCrew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basisThe service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contractsOn-time communication with crew partners is guaranteedEnsuring KPI and PPI related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under controlQualifications Certificate III in Engineering – Composites TradeTechnical understanding and planning will be essential to be successful in this positionSystem user of MS Office, SAP, and SalesforceHigh degree of flexibility (working in a changing environment)Interpersonal skillsExperience working in a high-stress environmentSelf-organizational skillsA strong commitment to Safety, Environment, and QualityWhat We Offer A strong safety cultureDynamic and fast-paced work environmentAn opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energyThe opportunity to further develop your skills and professional developmentGlobal career progression prospectsRelocating assistance available for the right candidateWe offer you the opportunity to make a difference and to work in a multicultural and international company, where you have the possibility to test your skills and develop professionallyAdditional Information You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
