Senior Litigation Manager
to play a pivotal role with this firm's Partners and their exceptional team of Lawyers, Associates, and Senior Associates that are passionate about commercial litigation. This is a unique opportunity to manage firm matters, allocate work, achieve fantastic results with top quality clients and collaborate closely with senior partners to achieve the best outcomes possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage firm matters, ensuring the efficient allocation of work within the team
Collaborate with senior partners to develop case theories and mentor team members
Help the practice to grow and function seamlessly
Mentor and lead by example
Be a hands-on mentor and team player at this level
Drive exceptional outcomes for our prestigious client base through effective team management and guidance
About You:
Be a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, Partner, Barrister or even be in a position to bring Practice with you
A minimum of 8 years experience in Commercial Litigation
Proven experience in managing litigation matters and leading teams
Drive to manage people, work with clients and key stakeholders
Interstate applicants are welcome to apply if they have top quality experience and are interested in relocating to the Gold Coast
