THE ROLE Based in the South Brisbane area in Brisbane, You will be responsible for the clients at a state level. Our client supplies a range of packaging and inspection capital equipment machinery to end-users (i.e., food and beverage, and pharma manufacturers). You will be responsible for providing existing customers with spare part product solutions based on product knowledge and supporting them after-sales service in warranties and repairs. Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, process client orders and liaise with suppliers and clients. There will be an extensive amount of time spent on training on the product range and brands. THE CANDIDATE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: A background in capital equipment such as printers, machinery, lifting systems, warehouse racking, power tools, and even someone who has mechanical aptitude as these roles can be quite technical. You can also be a mechanical engineering graduate who looking to get into the industrial space. It will also be advantageous if you have experience dealing with food and beverage manufacturers and/or industrial end-users. The location of the office is based in South Brisbane, ideally looking for someone who can commute there 5 days a week. Positive attitude, proactive and strong work ethic and adaptable to each situation. Having the ability to manage their own time efficiently. For the right candidate, our client can offer up to 110k base + Super.
