Are you ready to join a supportive and dynamic team? UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business is on the lookout for a Rotables Coordinator to take charge of our rotable parts operations. Based in Mackay with occasional travel to Nebo, this role is all about managing the end-to-end process of restoring defective equipment to full working order.
A Day in the Life As a Rotables Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth operations and happy customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and sending sales quotations promptly.Processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.Ensuring rotable parts are correctly managed in SAP (installation/dismantling).Keeping customers updated on their orders.Collaborating with supply chain teams, vendors, and internal departments.Tracking performance and reporting as needed.Managing timely delivery of materials and tackling ad-hoc tasks.About You We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong organizational and systems management skills.Experience with SAP (highly desirable) and quality management systems.Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).Background in rail, automotive, defence, avionics, or other safety-critical industries.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.Why Join Us?
