Chahoya Spahas been described as a voyage for the senses and is designed to cater for men and women searching for total body wellness. Boasting 7 treatment rooms along with a hair salon and yoga deck, Chahoya Spa offers a variety of treatments for both Resort guests and local Broome residents. Currently we have an exciting opening for an experiencedSpa Supervisorto support our Spa Manager in maintaining the highest possible standards across the Spa.
This position will involve:
Performing a variety of treatments including beauty or hair.
Driving Day Spa business with the Resort guests and the local Broome market.
Providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients.
In the Spa Manager's absence, performing reception duties and controlling the float and accepting payments.
Opening and closing of the Spa in the Spa Manager's absence.
Assisting the Spa Manager in all other areas, such as stock take, rostering, conflict resolution, decision making and holding a senior role in all aspects of operation.
The successful candidate must:
Have a minimum of Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage.
A recent and significant amount of industry experience in performing beauty treatments or massage.
Have previous experience in a Supervisory role.
Be motivated and dedicated with a genuine passion for the industry.
Have a flexible work attitude with the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Be computer literate, with strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
Previous experience in a similar Day Spa environment will be a distinct advantage.
