The exciting opportunity:
Operational responsibility of a small aged care facility, home care services and respite centre in gorgeous Broome Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs and maximising resources to achieve financial targets Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team, providing them with support, coaching, direction and guidance to create a culture founded on excellence Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement Design and implement quality initiatives to ensure best practice care is delivered and compliance with legislation and organisational standards is maintained Develop genuine and productive relationships with clients and their families to create person centred care outcomes and an exceptional customer experience What makes this great:

Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Experience as a Clinical Manager or Service Manager in health care, and a demonstrated ability helping to achieve accreditation standards Confident and visible leader who provides mentoring, support, upskilling and direction to get the best from their team Strong business and finance acumen, able to optimise rosters and deliver high quality care within budget Resilient, hands on, compassionate, friendly, excellent customer service skills and able to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders What next:
