Our talented team enjoys offering the very best experience and works collectively to provide tailored packages to everyone visiting our Luxury Hotel.THE ROLE:Reporting to the General Manager, our Spa Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the day spa.
The position requires effective leadership of the team of spa therapists and outstanding coordination of spa operations and schedules.
The position requires a thorough knowledge of the full variety of massage and beauty modalities and treatments offered, as well as a high standard of communication skills and knowledge of the products being used.
The Spa Manager is to lead the team to achieve excellent guest care in every instance.
The spa is a critical part of our guests' experience and embraces restorative treatments with like-minded products reflecting our passion for natural healing.
