What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Broken Hill Health Service Pharmacy department.
Clinical supervision of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians/assistants.
Management of staff, clinical pharmacist duties as required, and management of any other medication safety/pharmacy related matters as delegated by the District Chief Pharmacist (such as safety alerts).
Grow our service with the opportunity to set up our student program.

Bachelor or Masters of Pharmacy with current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with APRHA.
Relevant clinical experience within a hospital pharmacy.
Experience supervising staff and managing a service/team.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in quality improvement programs within hospital pharmacy systems.
