About Your Role
The Senior Pharmacist – Change Lead will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient implementation of the NSW Medicines Formulary, Pharmaceutical Procurement Contracts, and other strategic projects across Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe and effective transition from the existing medication management and procurement practices into the NSW Medicines Formulary and MLHD pharmacy strategic direction.
Responsibilities include project and change management activities, setting/achieving clear timelines, reviewing and updating medicines-related documents, eMM systems, ipharmacy, and approval processes; inventory management; and stakeholder engagement with executive, management, and clinicians at all levels in each organization within MLHD.

The role will act as a Deputy District Chief Pharmacist.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for grade 3, candidates must demonstrate fulfillment of the criteria for grade 3 pharmacist in accordance with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award.
