Join us in shaping healthier futures. Together we can do more. The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical assessment and advice to patients/clients, carers and other health care professionals with complex healthcare needs within the Mental Health setting in ISLHD Emergency Departments.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a clinical expert who, through leadership, facilitates excellence in research-based clinical practice, education, research, and professional leadership. Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-registration experience and an approved post-registration qualification in Mental Health or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
