You'll Shine If You Have: Previous Experience : Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
Food Cleanliness : Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Leadership and Team Player Skills : Demonstrating strong team development skills, you will train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback while acting as a role model to foster open communication and encourage innovation.

Rotating Roster : Willingness to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights.
