About the Role : We are looking for a talented and motivated Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain Department in Istanbul.
This position will report directly to the Logistics Manager and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our transportation processes, tracking deliveries, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of analyzing data, reporting on key logistics KPIs, and assisting with supplier audits and procurement activities.

Main Responsibilities : Route Planning and Optimization: Efficiently plan and optimize delivery routes and handle vehicle requests.Shipment Tracking: Monitor the loading, delivery, arrival, and unloading of both ambient and temperature-controlled (SF) goods.KPI Reporting: Report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery (OTD), shortages/damages, cost efficiency, and 3PL performance.Supplier Audits: Conduct DQG (Commercial Quality Department) audits for suppliers within the supply chain scope.Tender Assistance: Assist with warehouse and transportation tenders.Pallet Sales Reporting: Report on pallet sales and issue weekly return invoices to suppliers.Purchase Orders (POs): Create purchase orders and ensure goods receipt (GR) processes for 3PL invoices are tracked.OTD Reporting and Analysis: Prepare OTD reports, consolidate information from carriers, analyze results, and recommend actions.Carrier Performance Review: Monitor and evaluate carrier performance metrics.TMM-OTIF (Transport managed model-On time in full) Project Tracking: Track TMM-OTIF projects and provide data for general management requests.Who we are looking for : Bachelor's degree.Preferably +5 years of experience.Knowledge of 3PL operations and KPI measurement.Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Effective leadership and people management abilities within a collaborative and supportive team culture.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management tools.Very good command of Microsoft Office.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero : Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
