Sous Chef - Panthers Bathurst

Great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join the growing kitchen team at Panthers Bathurst.Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast-paced, high-volume service, take pride in food presentation, and be effective in a busy team environment while leading a professional culinary team.Key Requirements:Train junior kitchen staff and manage the team through supervision where necessary.Hardworking and organized, team player with a positive attitude.Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality.Good communication skills (verbal and written).Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices.Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.Job will require approx. 38 hours per week.Completed Trade Qualification.Qualifications required: Relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
