This role requires you to move and live on the island at K'gari Beach Resort.
About You We are seeking a Trade Qualified Sous Chef with at least 4 years' experience who has the following qualifications and experience:
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (essential)Diploma Hospitality Management (desirable)HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene trainingExperience working in a high-volume kitchenExperience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded)Applicants must also have the right to live and work in Australia.
