What do we need? With a newly renovated Gaming Room and Sports Bar, we're on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join us on our journey to redefine the pub experience for the community. Our Sous Chef will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of food standards, strongly influencing the overall performance and reputation of the pub in the local community.
Who are you? As this role is critical in achieving our aim of creating great experiences, you will need to have:
At least 1 year experience as a Senior Chef, able to create and deliver high quality food strategies and menus Experience completing stocktakes and higher duties such as ordering, service high volume functions Strong leadership skills, creating a team environment and strong relationship with FOH staff Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills, food standards and safe food handling practices Valid Basic Food Handler Certification Cert III in Commercial Cookery desired Why should you join us?
