Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous chef to assist in LEADING our kitchen. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have the following:
Skills & requirements: The candidate must have the following skills & requirements:Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniquesExperience creating weekly specialsA supportive and strong leader with great presentation and communication skillsExceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressureA positive and infectious attitudeMust be trade qualified 3+ years and have experience as a Sous Chef in a stand alone venueResponsibilities: Ensure consistency and highest quality in taste and presentation of menu dishesPreparation and planning of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner serviceEnsuring all Food and safety standards are upheldOrdering and stock controlLead in minimisation of food wasteIf you feel you are ready to take the next step in your culinary journey with a progressive company, we would love to hear from you!
