You'll assist with ordering and day to day running of the kitchen.

The restaurant is open from 11am to 9pm.
Your roster is Wednesday to Sunday.

It's kitchen was created 14 months ago.
They have meat smoker that is currently producing smoked lamb shoulders, beef brisket and pork belly.
hands on chef ensure the menu is complete run the kitchen, organise staff, make sure stock is right, The current team, working between your dining restaurant and the adjoining Bistro includes an Exec Chef, 19 chefs, 2 apprentices and kitchen hands.
Between these two venues they are very busy.
On Mothers' day that sat 1800 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A normal night they do 400 covers in both areas, on the weekends they do 800.
