Sous Chef

sous chef required for a food focused pub in the Connah's Quay part of Deeside. they have parking on site and is in driving distance of Chester. They have a range of dishes on the menu currently and the head chef will help to focus the menu and help steer the operation. sous chef, £34k.
The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef to run the kitchen, you will help to focus the menu and the direction of travel of the food with the head chef. you will develop the team, run pass when head chef is off and run a key section when head chef is in. this role will include all your standard duties of a sous chef
experience
we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food volume background as a head chef or a junior sous chef looking to step up.
