About the role: As a Sourcing Consultant at Origin, you will play a crucial role within our Procurement Team, using your expertise to influence stakeholders and execute value-adding procurement activities.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, managing post-award contract principles, and identifying innovative supplier opportunities.
Your efforts will focus on creating, implementing, and sustaining value during sourcing and contracting events, ensuring alignment and efficiency across business units.
This role will also involve guiding and supporting junior team members, fostering a collaborative and strategic sourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sourcing frameworks to support business unit goals.
Execute sourcing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support for junior team members in sourcing practices.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, HSE standards, and monthly value realisation metrics.
What Will You Bring: Experience in a similar Sourcing or Procurement role in a Commercial team.
Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating and developing contracts.
Excellent supplier engagement and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and strategically with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive positive workplace culture.
