We are looking for a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement Business Partner to manage Indirect categories (Recruitment, Travel, Office Products, HSE) and drive efficiencies to achieve value for money for the organisation.
In these roles you will actively: Develop, execute and manage end to end category strategies Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers Perform market analysis, strategic sourcing, negotiation and execution of contracts with new and existing suppliers Provide sound commercial advice to internal stakeholders in line with category strategies, procurement policies and processes Manage commercial, contractual, operational and ethical risks arising from contracts and supplier engagements and oversee governance of supplier performance Develop a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with internal and external stakeholders Skills & Experience What we expect from you:
Experience in and knowledge of the Indirect categories, including Recruitment Qualifications in a relevant discipline (Procurement, MCIPS) is desirable Strong background in strategic sourcing, category management and contract management Strong stakeholder engagement skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capability in effectively manage multiple concurrent sourcing projects Experience in developing and successfully implementing robust category plans and sourcing strategies, and delivering, ongoing financial and non-financial benefits for the business Recognition & Reward In return for your hard work, we have numerous benefits and initiatives to support you personally and professionally including but not limited to private health insurance discount, motor vehicle lease plan, career development support, study assistance program and workplace flexibility.
