The Role:
Lake Imaging is seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team at the St John of God Hospital Warrnambool. You will be a part of our collaborative, committed Sonography team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities will include:

Conduct a variety of scans including 1st and 2nd trimester pregnancy scans, with a focus on follicle studies, and occasional pediatrics scans.
Adhere to enjoyable 30-minute appointment times with ample breaks.
Manage your own list of appointments.
Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.
Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.

About You:

Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience
An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.
Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 8am – 5pm.
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
Experience with Siemens and GE ideal.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
