Locum Pharmacist

Clinical PharmacistLocation: West Central VictoriaTravel and accommodation provided. Client & Location Information: Public hospital located in the Wimmera region of western VIC, approximately 300kms from Melbourne.

Job Specification: You will be working alongside a team of 6 other pharmacists and 3 dispensary technicians using IPharmacy dispense.
Your duties will include: dispensing, clinical ward pharmacy including checking and signing charts, medication reconciliation, communication with the treating team, and providing medication advice.
Must be happy to work across the wards, not just dispensary.Dates: Monday 4th November (or ASAP in November) to Friday 31st January 2025.
Work Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1/2hr break).
Experience Required: Registered as a pharmacist with the pharmacy board (AHPRA registration).Experience with IPharmacy dispense.Ward pharmacy experience in a public hospital preferable.Commitment to medication management.Salary & Benefits: $65/hr + Super
