About the role
We are seeking applications from qualified Sonographers to join our multidisciplinary team at Dubbo Health Service.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills & experience in a hospital based Medical Imaging department, serving a busy Emergency Department, inpatient facilities, a variety of outpatient clinics and GP referred outpatients.
The Medical Imaging Department at Dubbo Hospital also provides Xray (including OPG) CT, MRI, intraoperative and some interventional services to the Dubbo and wider Western NSW community.
Our ultrasound department runs up to 4 rooms between 8am & 5pm Monday to Friday, with provision of on call emergency services after hours.
Occasional provision of outreach services to sites within the Western NSW LHD may be required.
With support from our Senior Sonographer and ongoing district education, the right applicant will have opportunities for upskilling in a supportive environment.
